Water samples were taken during deployment and recovery to ground-truth the glider-based pH sensor. Zooplankton samples were taken during glider deployments and recoveries. When a zooplankton-configured ASL Acoustic Zooplankton Fish Profiler (AZFP) was on board the glider, these samples were used to ground-truth the glider-based acoustic zooplankton concentration and biomass estimates.
