Net depth was estimated using wire angle and length of wire until April 2025 when the depth was measured using a HOBO Titanium 250-Foot Depth Water Level Data Logger attached to the net. In the lab, each tow was split to obtain a representative sample, and individual zooplankton were identified to lowest feasible taxonomic group and counted using a dissecting stereo microscope. |
